2007 North American Championships Podium

For the past four years I have spent my winters randonee racing both domestically and internationally. Though my winter is hectic with a race schedule that takes me from California to Canada, I still find time to ski in the backcountry for pure enjoyment. While living in Wyoming gives me the opportunity to explore the Teton Range on skis, it also means that traveling to races can be arduous.

Throughout my years of racing I have found it challenging to find a balance between my full time job and training schedule. I have been fortunate to be surrounded by friends and family who have supported me and helped me to achieve my goals.

As the defending North American Ski Mountaineering Champion, I will be representing the United States at the Ski Mountaineering World Championships in Switzerland as part of the US Team. Unfortunately, unlike the national teams against whom we will be competing, the U.S. team does not receive any government funding. Therefore we are forced to raise all our funds privately.

To help send me to the World Championships, please make a tax-deductible donation. For donations $500 or greater I am offering weekly personal training sessions at Snow King Resort. For questions regarding the training sessions feel free to contact me.
